Saghmosavank Monastery
Saghmosavank is located on the edge of the Kasakh river gorge in Aragatsotn Region. The main temple of the monastery is the Church of Zion (1215) founded by Prince Vache Vachutyan.
Hovhannavanq Monastery
Hovhannnavank medieval monastery is located in Ohanavan village in Aragatsotn Region. A magnificent view opens from the monastery as it is standing on the edge of the Kasakh River Canyon.

Tsiranavor, meaning apricot hue, was founded in V century. It’s a rectangular plan triple-nave basilica with horseshoe apse and two chambers in the left and right sides.

Geghard Cave Monastery
Geghard is one of the most visited sites in Armenia,located in nearby Garni Temple in Kotayk Region. Visiting both sites in one trip is so common that they are often referred to in unison as Garni-Geghard.The site has been known from pre-Christian times.
Garni Temple to Mythra
Garni Temple is located in Kotayk Region which is some 35 km southwest of Yerevan. During the reconstruction of the fortress on the hill they started to build Garni Temple (77 AD).
